Weight plate description
1.High-quality rubber-coated three-grip Olympic board weights
2.The high-quality cast iron plates are handmade and inspected. A tough, high-quality rubber shell made of virgin rubber and reclaimed rubber covers each board.
3.The recessed three-handle handle has a spacious opening, which can be comfortably held in the hand, and is designed with rounded corners through the integrated finger groove, and the slot is convenient for loading and unloading. Weight numbers are molded on each board. The sturdy precision steel wheels ensure a perfect fit with the Olympic bar.
4.Used in conjunction with the Olympic weightlifting bar, or as a hands-on weight (without bar) for auxiliary weight sit-ups, Roman chair back extension, elevated pressing, side shoulder raising, diagonal twisting, etc.
